Nervecept USA: What "Manufactured in the USA" Really Tells You
Nervecept USA means one line on the label: "Manufactured in the USA with globally sourced ingredients." The bottle is distributed by Gex Corporation LLP of Ogden, Utah. The label does not name the manufacturer, the plant or the countries of origin. The sales page ships from the U.S.

Is Nervecept made in the USA?
Nervecept says it is. The label reads "Manufactured in the USA with globally sourced ingredients."
Both halves matter. The capsules are made in the U.S., but the ingredients come from around the world. The label does not say which countries supply the glucosamine, the boswellia or the turmeric.
The glucosamine is made from crustacean shells, and the label says "CONTAINS: Shellfish (Crayfish)." Skip the capsule with a shellfish allergy.
The site shows six brand badges, one for this very line. Their honest notes:

Matches the sales page's 60-day money-back guarantee.

A brand badge. The label does not say this, and registration is not FDA approval.

Matches the label: made in the USA with globally sourced ingredients.

A brand badge. The capsule shell is hypromellose, a plant-cellulose derivative.

A brand badge. No outside certifier is printed on the label.

A brand badge. The label names no factory, certifier or audit date.
Each badge comes from the brand's own image set. A badge is a claim by the seller, not a certificate: none names a certifier, lab or audit. FDA does not approve supplements before they are sold (FDA 101: Dietary Supplements), facility registration is not approval (FDA, Is It Really FDA Approved?), and health claims in ads need real evidence (FTC, Health Products Compliance).
Who distributes Nervecept in the USA?
Gex Corporation LLP distributes it. The label gives PO Box 12730, Ogden, UT 84412.
The label phone is +1 (507) 448-8190. That differs from the order desk number, +1 (302) 200-3480, so send order questions to the order desk.
The manufacturer is not named. That is a real gap, because a factory name would let you look for its record.
| Item | On the label? |
|---|---|
| Distributor and Utah address | Yes |
| Country of manufacture | Yes, USA |
| Manufacturer or plant | Not published |

Does "made in the USA" mean FDA signed off?
No. A U.S. origin is not FDA approval. FDA does not approve dietary supplements for safety or effectiveness (FDA, Is It Really FDA Approved?).
A brand badge on the site reads "FDA registered facility". The label itself does not say that. Even if true, registration does not mean approval.
The NCCIH adds that words such as "certified" do not guarantee quality (NCCIH, Using Supplements Wisely). Treat the origin line as a fact about location, not a mark of purity.
Does Nervecept ship across the USA?
Yes. The sales page ships from the U.S., and the 3 and 6 bottle packs include free U.S. shipping (Nervecept sales page).
The 2-bottle pack adds shipping, but the amount is not printed. Tracking arrives in the order email. Delivery times appear at checkout and in the order email.
International shipping is not stated, so ask the order desk at [email protected] before you order from outside the U.S.

How do you buy in the USA with less risk?
Order from the official sales page and keep the order email. It holds your order ID for the 60-day guarantee.
The guarantee says "100% money-back guarantee for a full 60 days", and its FAQ adds "after at least 30 days of use". Confirm both at checkout. Packs run $79, $69 or $49 a bottle.
Nervecept is a dietary supplement. Keep taking prescribed medicine, and check with your doctor first when a blood thinner is part of your routine.
